I rescued a baby Fledgling that had a wounded leg. He seems to have healed and Im thinking about keeping him. He tolerates me, lets me feed him, and he perches on me. However, he is very quiet.....which is very strange for a Starling. Ive tried playing some Starling songs on youtube and he just looks around. He has squawked at me a few times but not that much. Any idea on that?
And also is there a way to get him more comfortable with me? He probably wont like me since he knows im not a bird lol

Don't worry! He will love you even though you have no feathers! Talk, sing, whistle to him if you are going to keep him. You are gong to have a best buddy.
